Be proactive. Find that worker.
Spread the word that you’re ready to hire.
Whether you’re a local homeowner, small company or large resort employer, Resort Workers is the best employment site in town.
Our robust solution is user friendly and clutter free, making it the go-to site for local workers and/or independent contractors who are looking for a job. Not to mention, we’re a cost effective — yet high-value — option for employers because we actively promote your listing.
Plus — since the proof is in the pudding — we recently started tracking the job applications that our registered users send out to each employer. Check out the companies who attract applicants via ResortWorkers.com.
Job Posting Options
We offer several options for posting a resort job ranging from $44.99 and up. The Green Job Package is perfect for the local employer who rarely hires; whereas, the Black Job Package is ideal for the more seasoned employer who hires locals for multiple positions throughout the year. And if you need to fill a job opening fast, the Expert Package is a great choice since it includes a Facebook ad buy.
Workers can search for your job listing by Job Category (e.g. Plumbers), Job Industry (e.g. Food & Beverage) or Resort (e.g. Aspen Jobs), increasing your chances of finding a worker. We even highlight employers who offer a ski pass and/or employee housing benefit.
Why should I purchase an upgrade that includes more than one job listing?
It really depends on what you need. When you order an advanced employer package, your multiple job listings can be posted for longer periods of time. For example, employers who take advantage of the BLACK job package have a one-year time frame to post unlimited job listings before having to renew. Black job listings will be shared on the Resort Workers social media sites. Additionally, each post will be highlighted on the site.
What are other features?
With just one click, your listing can be bookmarked by future workers to be easily accessed at a later time. Target multiple resort towns with multiple listings. Track your job listings in your dashboard where you can also edit them, mark them as filled, duplicate them for your next listing (vs. starting over from scratch) and delete them. Bookmark profiles (and add notes). Contact workers. Manage the application process all in your dashboard.
